Chemistry Session = 30 minute session

  • Learn about each other

  • Determine if we are a good coach|client fit. 

  • Complete client questionnaire before Kick-off Session.  (Required for first-time clients only.)

  • This is where the real work happens!

  • Explore what motivates/demotivates you

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A COACHING SESSION?

My exploratory coaching approach focuses on four dimensions that will generate the momentum you need to get the results you're after.

​

A coaching session typically starts off with tapping into your WHY, then diving into the NOW, reflecting on your RECENT experiences, and wrapping up with NEXT steps because “Momentum” will always be kept at the core of the work we do together. It’s what will keep us focused and how we will measure overall progress.

  • Your WHY:  My goal is to get clear on what you’d like to accomplish and why so we have something to anchor and guide our work. 

  • Your NOW:  To gain or sustain momentum, I will meet you where you are. It’s a priority for me to connect with your current mindset so we can get a clear starting point.  

  • Your RECENT:  The way you navigate your recent day-to-day life experiences will be a primary focus during our sessions because it paints a picture of the way you think, feel, and ultimately the way you show up for yourself and for others. 

  • Your NEXT:  Every session will wrap up with doable next steps that we identify together and are aligned with the life you want. 

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU ARE THE RIGHT COACH FOR ME?

To determine if we are a good coach|client fit, we will begin with a 30 minute Chemistry Session where we can gain sense of each other.

If we choose to move forward together, we can begin a coaching program which typically includes a weekly or bi-weekly session.

Coaching is not therapy in disguise.   Unlike counseling and psychotherapy, Coaching is not designed to aid with recovering from past trauma, explore destructive behavior, or work through debilitating depression or anxiety.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE PROGRESS?

Having established goals aligned with your desired outcome and values will provide direction for the momentum we will create together.  So, goal setting will be an essential step in the coaching process.

Points of measure:

  • Actions you take towards your goals

  • Alignment between your values and the short/long-term results you are creating 

  • Week-to-week quality of life (personal/professional)

  • Quality of key relationships
